INFORMATION VENUES
PARKING
The Civic Carpark is located under
the Aotea Centre with entry from Greys Ave. Please be aware this is often at full capacity over the Festival weekend. A limited number of pre-pay parking spaces are available and can be purchased when booking tickets. Details at aucklandlive.co.nz
Alternative parking buildings are situated nearby on Greys Ave, Albert St and Victoria St.

INFORMATION DESK
The Festival Information Desk is located in the Owens Foyer, Level 2 of the Aotea Centre (outside the stalls entrance to the ASB Theatre).
Lost property, information on programme, venues and other general information is available here.
Patrons and Friends can collect their information packs and wristbands here.
SEATING
Ticketed events: All seating for ticketed events is General Admission.
Patrons and Friends have reserved seating areas in the front rows of each level. Colour-coded wristbands are required.
Free events: First come,  rst served. It is not possible to reserve seats either in advance or on the day. Please be advised that queues can start to form as early as 45 minutes prior to a Free Event session start time. Venue capacities will be managed by staff to avoid disappointment.
BOOKSTALL
The Festival has its own dedicated bookstalls where you can purchase books by our 2018 writers. These are located in the Aotea Centre (on lower, middle and upper levels), in Aotea Square and at other Festival venues. Run jointly by The Women’s Bookshop and Unity Books Auckland, books can also be purchased in advance via The Women’s Bookshop (09) 376 4399 books@womensbookshop.co.nz.

BOOK SIGNING
Book signing takes place immediately following most events unless otherwise advised.
FILMING & CAMERAS
There will be  lm and sound recording of each of the sessions for archival
and publicity purposes. These will
be available on the Festival website.
It is possible that audience members’ images will be included from time to time in the  lming. Should you not wish to be  lmed, please advise an usher. No  ash photography or recording is permitted.
REFRESHMENTS
Coffee, drinks and light meals are available for purchase at the Aotea Centre, in the Heartland Festival Room in Aotea Square, and at the Auckland Art Gallery.
PATRONS’ LOUNGE
Exclusive to our Patrons, this lounge is situated in the Blues Bar at the Aotea Centre, overlooking the square. The perfect place to relax or meet other members between Festival sessions to enjoy complimentary wine, coffee, light refreshments and newspapers. Patrons’ packs including tickets, lanyards and wristbands
can be collected from the Festival Information Desk if you haven’t received them prior to the Festival.
