Bassist Aaron Coddel has played with Annie Crummer, Hello Sailor, King Kapisi and Chicago Smokeshop and with jazz greats Cleo Laine and Mark Murphy. Highly accomplished in the cabaret and music theatre genres, he recently accompanied Jennifer Ward- Lealand in Falling in Love Again.

Poet and recent graduate Vanessa Crofskey works in text, performance and installation. She is Rising Voices alumni and a winner of the Auckland University Slam, the Auckland Regional Slam, Auckland Fringe Festival’s Best Storytelling Award and the ATC Here and Now Award.

KATE DE GOLDI NEW ZEALAND
Author and editor Kate De Goldi recently published, with co-editor Susan Paris, Annual 2, the second in a series of collections of writing for 9-12 year olds. Her award-winning books include The 10pm Question, The ACB of Honora Lee, and From the Cutting Room of Barney Kettle.
PIP DESMOND NEW ZEALAND
Pip Desmond is a writer, journalist and former Parliamentary Press Secretary. A graduate of Victoria University’s IIML writing programme, her new book Song for Rosaleen explores her mother’s journey through dementia, and follows the much-lauded Trust: A True Story of Women and Gangs.
DILWORTH SLAM TEAM NEW ZEALAND
In 2017 the Dilworth Slam Team won the Word The Front Line poetry slam and went on to compete in Australia. Known as ‘The Boys’, the team is Jayden Osbourne, Nathan Su’a, Phillip Toriente, and Jai Selkirk whose poem True Story has been viewed over one million times on YouTube.
ERIN DONOHUE NEW ZEALAND
A recent publishing graduate from Whitireia, Erin Donohue is the author of the much-praised debut novel Because Everything is Right But Everything is Wrong is Erin Donohue’s  rst novel which tackles teenage mental health. She has also published poetry in They Call Me Ink: Re-draft 15.
ALLAN DREW NEW ZEALAND
