Situated conveniently in the heart of Auckland’s CBD, The Edge® is Auckland’s performing arts, entertainment and conventions precinct. It comprises three of Auckland’s landmark buildings - Aotea Centre, The Civic and Auckland Town Hall, linked together by the city’s largest outdoor space, Aotea Square.
The Edge® is proud to be the home of many major events in the arts and cultural calendars of Auckland.
The Auditoriums
The ASB Theatre and Lower NZI Rooms at the Aotea Centre at The Edge® will be the primary auditoriums for Festival events. In the ASB Theatre Patrons will be seated in the Stalls level of the theatre. Theatre Access, Box Office, Bathroom, Book Store and Cafe Facilities will all be available in the adjacent Owens Foyer, Level 2 of the Aotea Centre.
