Ben Brown
(Ngāti Pāoa, Ngāti Māhuta) displays a marked propensity toward performance poetry, probably as the result of an overt desire to appreciate the sound of his own voice in the hope that others may share his apparent enthusiasm for it. His poetry has been published in various anthologies and Radio New Zealand and The Radio Network have recorded him.
His work has also appeared on posters plastered from here to Baltimore. Ben lives in Lyttelton, Banks Peninsula.
