Garth Nix has worked as a bookseller, book editor, marketing consultant and as a literary agent. His books have sold in excess of 5,000,000 copies internationally, and have appeared in the bestseller lists of the New York Times, The Sunday Times (UK), Publishers Weekly (US), The Australian, The Bookseller (UK) and Bookseller & Publisher (Australia). They have been translated into more than 38 languages. His new book Troubletwisters (Allen & Unwin), the first of a series co-written with Sean Williams, is due out in May. Garth lives in Sydney with his wife and their two sons.
