Lewis Holden has advised on economic policy in both Wellington and Washington D.C, including time with New Zealand’s Treasury and Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, and a term as Alternative Executive Director at the World Bank. He joined the Ministry of Economic Development in 2001 and now heads the Ministry’s Economic Strategy Branch.
