Tui Flower has been a household name for many cooks throughout New Zealand for more than fifty years. She graduated at the School of Home Science at the University of Otago and received a bursary to study at France’s École Hôtelière de Paris in 1954.
She later worked for 19 years as food editor at New Zealand News publications, Auckland Star, New Zealand Woman’s Weekly and Home Journal. She lives in Auckland.
