HONG KONG FOOD CITY WITH TONY TAN (Tuesday)
The rich and varied cuisine of Hong Kong – home to seven million migrants – informs a bespoke menu designed by Malaysian-born, Melbourne-based Asian food maestro Tony Tan, and drawn from his book Hong Kong Food City, a celebration of the city’s low and high cuisine, from dumpling houses to the Ritz Carlton. Join Tan at Nic Watt’s Masu restaurant for a culinary tour from an exotic land, with complimentary glass of wine.
