Event 08

“ understated, wise guide through uncertain territory” is how The Guardian described Dunedin folk singer Nadia Reid, praised for her intimate and complex music which is loved for its soundscape, the “allegorical and brutal honesty of the songwriting” (Revue), and the unique voice that brings it all to life. Her two albums, Listen to Formation, Look for the Signs and latest, Preservation, have received wide acclaim both at home and internationally and she recently returned from a major European tour. She joins Song Hour host Tama Waipara for an hour of conversation and performance with one of the brightest young musicians around.

Venue and bar open from 6pm; stay on afterwards and enjoy the atmosphere and the free session that follows.
