Poet, essayist, and scholar Lynley Edmeades has a PhD in avant-garde poetics. She is the author of two poetry collections: As the Verb Tenses, longlisted for the 2017 Ockham New Zealand Book Awards, and the 2020 Ockham New Zealand Book Awards longlisted Listening In.
