Ashia is a food writer has published two cookbooks My Indian Kitchen + Saffron Swirls & Cardamom Dust. Both books have been nominated for various NZ awards. Her first cookbook has been published in the USA, renamed Ashia’s Table. She is currently working on her third which is due early 2024. Her passion is sharing easy, accessible recipes with spice.
