ENGLAND
Journalist, food critic, author, broadcaster and jazz musician Jay Rayner is currently the restaurant critic for the Observer. He has published novels and non-fiction and his titles include The Apologist, Greedy Man in a Hungry World, and his latest The Ten (Food) Commandments.
