Liam Jacobson (Kāi Tahu) is a poet and artist. Liam’s book of poetry, Neither was published in 2023 by Dead Bird Books, with another to be published in 2026. They have recently exhibited artworks with mothermother, which included drawings, jewellery and video work. As well as performing at at various bars, theatres and galleries across Aotearoa and overseas, Liam’s writing has been published on The Spinoff, Pantograph Punch, Badapple and most recently in the Minaretes Issue 15 by Compound Press. Liam has also written for a range of art galleries nation-wide, including RM, Physics Room, Te Tuhi, Blue Oyster and Hastings Art Gallery. Liam is currently the curatorial intern for Te Tuhi's Parnell Project Space, facilitating a gallery called Puku.
