Poet, memoirist and teacher Mark Doty won the National Book Critics Circle Award and the T.S. Eliot Prize for My Alexandria, and the 2008 National Book Award for Poetry for Fire to Fire: New and Selected Poems. He served as Chancellor of the Academy of American Poets from 2011 to 2016.
