Stand-up comedian Pax Assadi, the son of Iranian/Pakistani refugees, wrote and starred in television comedy Raised by Refugees. His award nominations include the Billy T Award, the NZCG Breakthrough Comedian and Best Male Comedian, and the 2016 FRED award.
