Peter-Lucas Jones is a visionary Māori leader working at the intersection of Indigenous storytelling, iwi radio, language revitalisation, and artificial intelligence. He is the CEO of Te Hiku Media, home to one of Aotearoa’s longest-running iwi radio stations and an internationally recognised hub for Indigenous language innovation. A passionate advocate for intergenerational language transmission and Indigenous data sovereignty, Peter-Lucas champions ethical, Māori-governed approaches to AI that place storytelling and cultural continuity at the core of technological change.
