Rose Carlyle is a lawyer and keen adventurer. She has crewed on scientific yachting expeditions to subantarctic islands and has sailed with her family from Thailand to South Africa. Rose is the author of the #1 international bestselling novel The Girl in the Mirror. Her latest thriller, No One Will Know, was released in October, and she is currently working on a third novel. Rose's works have been translated into eight languages and optioned for film by a major Hollywood studio. Born in Auckland, Rose holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Otago and a Masters in Creative Writing from the University of Auckland, both with First Class Honours. Rose also teaches creative writing and is a director of Copyright Licensing New Zealand, the organisation which collects copyright licensing royalties for authors throughout New Zealand. Rose lives in Auckland with her three children.
