Tongan New Zealand tapa cloth artist Sulieti Fieme’a Burrows collaborates with her daughter Tui Emma Gillies to create work that has been presented, exhibited and sold to museums and collections across the globe. The duo were the recipients of the 2018 Creative New Zealand Heritage Arts Award and Sulieti was recently made a Member of the New Zealand Order.
