AOTEAROA NEW ZEALAND

Theatre director, maker and author Kate Parker (Ngāti Maniapoto) won 2021 Best Picture Book at the NZ Book Awards for Children and YA for her diorama-illustrated Kōwhai and the Giants. She recently created I Am Island and Sea at the NZ Maritime Museum.
