Chelsea Watego is a Munanjahli and South Sea Islander woman. A writer and public intellectual, she is trained as an Aboriginal health worker and is a Professor of Indigenous Health and Executive Director of QUT’s Carumba Institute and Director of the Institute for Collaborative Race Research. Her debut essay collection, Another Day in the Colony, exposes the ongoing racism faced by First Nations peoples in Australia.
