Renee Smith (Ngāti Porou, Ngāti Kahungunu) is a public servant who has worked in the justice sector including for the Waitangi Tribunal Unit/Te Rōpū Whakamana i Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the Māori Land Court. She co-edited Te Kai a te Rangatira with Rawiri J Tapiata and Marcus Akuhata-Brown.
