Stuart and creative collaborator Miranda Harcourt are leading practitioners of verbatim and biographical theatre (Verbatim;Portraits;Flowers from My Mother’s Garden;Biography of My Skin). Stuart is the writer and co-director of Transmission (2021) about New Zealand’s Covid response.
